After sending application what next ?

I have sent my application on Nov 5 and it recieved on Nov 7 . What are the next steps? I see from this forum that it takes 2 months to recieve acknowledgement from them with booklet is that correct ?

in my case, it took 4 months to get AOR+booklet. though people are getting in two months. good luck
