I received an email on 10/15 to pay my fees. I did so the same day..emailed and mailed my receipt. I was told to pay by 11/18. I am aware the office has received the receipt. How long does it take afterwards..also do US citizens get copr requests? Does it come by regular mail or fedex?

there's no such thing as a copr request. th copr is the approval paper. do you mean passport request (ppr)? a lot of visa exempt applicants are waived the passport request, so it's quite common to not get one. for us applicants the copr comes in regular mail in a brown envelope.

I paid my Right to Permanent Residence fee last week and I actually received a call today from CIC and they told me that they are ready to approve my application and will send my wife a letter to her USA address. I informed them that my wife is actually visiting me in the mean time so they agreed to send the letter to my address and they said I will need to take it to a port of entry before Feb. I guess I will get a stamp or something at the port of entry to prove she is a permanent resident now ???? Also my application still says in process on the online status ???
