After review of eligibility.....what next??

I submitted my application 12 days ago and my review of eligibility started on 11 October since then there is no update till now....

Here's my timeline as follows :

Application submitted: 5th october 2019.
Biometric updated: 6th october 2019.
Medical passed: 11th october 2019.
Review of eligibility started: 11th october 2019.

Waiting for final decision or next update....

Does anyone know how much time it take for decision after all these above step.

I heard this biometric validation letter and decision both come together..

Yes with a gap of about 15 mins or it can take more time also

That is not necessary. Time span depends on the application and sometimes on the embassy
