After PRTD approved and then found lost Pr card, what to do?

I initially lost my PR card and then applied for a PRTD from India. My PTRD got approved and now i am back in Canada, however, I am not sure if I shall keep the found old card or apply for a new one.
I also filed a lost PR card police report but since I found it back I informed them, so police rejected this case and closed it.
Please can someone advice me if I shall keep my old card considering it valid or apply for a replacement new card?

I would contact IRCC to find out if the card is still valid.
