Thanks for everyone's responses. Should I go ahead and have my spouse redo his medical in Aug or Sept then, if we don't hear anything yet from CIC about it? and would I send it to the Buffalo visa office instead of to the case processing center? I'm assuming send to the buffalo office since by then i should be approved for sponsorship already. And do I just write a summary of why we redid it and put down our names, address, birthdates and case number? Should I call them and tell them I'm going to redo it or just go ahead and do it and send it?
I can't believe I didn't realize this until now...or do you think it's easier to just go ahead and have my husband land in Canada to get the procedures done and then come back to the US and we all move together in the summer of 2013. I'm assuming we all have to be there when he lands cause I remember being told that I as the sponsor need to be there either before or at the same time as him when he lands. And can we land in Vancouver, BC to get the procedure done? eventhough we plan to move to Canada in the summer.
