After pgwp spousal sponsorship

Hey everybody, I have a question.

So my situation is: Applied for pgwp on May31st results pending

My question is what if I get refusal for my pgwp and If I marry my girlfriend (canadian born) and can she sponsor me? And if yes then how?

So will my girlfriend be able to sponsor me if I get refusal for my pgwp?

yeah definitely man. anyone can sponsor anyone as long as you can submit the appropriate documents and show proof of genuine relationship. just a warning tho, if you get refused on your pgwp and your student visa is expiring, you may need to go back to your country of origin until your spousal sponsorship is approved. unless otherwise you can get another temporary visa that allows you to stay in canada.
