after my medical how many weeks will i wait for result or notice from embassy

after my medical how many week wii i wait for notice from embassy? and how will i know if they will granted me a visa? my medical was jan29 2013 and they already forwarded to embassy by feb 19 2013 now its already april. i need your opinion

You can view it on your ECAS using your UCI and File/Application Number it should now say "Application Recieved" and "Medical results have been recieved"

we had our medical last oct 18 and the embassy replied last jan 5. so its about less than 3 months. expect their reply this month or may, and always check your email..
