I am from NOC A and not working in food industry so i don't know if that has any impact.
But i went out of country near end of june and came back july 6th and there wasn't any thing different at the airport at all. The getting in process was as smooth as ever. This was Montreal.
I would add that i was bringing in family along wife and kids - who had visas granted earlier, but landed only now. So we basically received spousal work permit, kids study permit and trvs at the airport too - hassle free.
I actually was cautious and carried some extra docs just in case. However, the CBSA officer told me he doesn't need any of those - nor was i asked any thing extra.
Hope that helps.
The only docs required were my work permit and passport, their letters of introduction and passport/visas. Though to be safe i carried a recent pay stub and a letter from my employer dated mid june stating i am currently employed, my salary etc.
