I'm in the same shoes too, I'm not able to start planing until I confirm my Visa.
Waiting for Security check is ruining my plan.

now that we passed Easter holidays I believe new files piled up on their desks again

I started to check where I'll rent and where to stay in the first year,,, pulling myself back now isn't so pleasant

I have just received my passport request from chc, london on 10th april.2012.

Timelines :
Category : FSW2
Submitted Initial Application to Nova Scottia : December, 2009.
Got confirmation from Nova scottia: 30th March, 2010.
Submitted full application package to CHC, London : 1st June, 2010.
Got 2nd AOR : dated 12th August, 2010.
Other documents request : December 2011.
Submitted requested documents on : January, 2012.
Medical Request + PCC + RPRF: 22nd Feb,2012.
Medical done : 8th March.2012
Passport Request : 11th April,2012.
Passport Sent : 12th April,2012.
Passport return with visa ? : Expecting very soon by god grace!

My e-status has been changed from In process 2 Decision made?? is this the sign of getting medical request????!

sorry to say Decision made is not sign for MR :-[ its for refusal if you did not received medicals yet
