friends i have completed my medical examination yesterday.. now for the documents , which docs i have to submit ? doctor told that he shall send the documents directly to the Immigration office New Delhi. Please guide me on the same.

After medical you don't have to do anything. The DMP already told you that he will send it to CHC. After three four days you can contact the DMP and get the tracking no or other details of courier for your record.

The DMP will send it. As told, get the tracking number and track your courier that when was or what is its current status. best of luck
