After Medical request, what is the chance of Visa acceptance. what all tests are needed for medical? is there anybody got rejected after medical?

In general you wont get rejection after medical request unless you are fit.

Quite simple, they will collect Urine and blood, consultation with doctor afterwards he will check hight, weight and BP

dilute the urine by drinking water at least 8 glasses per day, avoid drinking alcohol and smoking at least 2days prior to the test.
