After leaving canada in how much CEC application can be filled

Ok so if I had my job from late 2011 and left it in late 2013, when is the latest date I would need to submit my CEC application by to still be eligible. Is it 3 years from when I STARTED my job or leaving my job?

Within the last 3 years. So now it's 2013, you would have to have got the experience between now and 2010.

I am in same situation. I have left Canada 1.5 years back. And planning to apply under CEC. I have 1 year work experience in last three year. Should i apply ?? do I meet the eligibility ??
