It's normal. MyCIC doesn't show those details like ECAS did.

I went to service of Canada today.. but they told me that my status has not been updated yet.... but through the online tool, I can see that my process is complete..
is that normal ?

Probably takes some time to update. I don't think it happened to me. Did they allow you to get a SIN though?

they allowed me to apply the SIN through mail...
