After Job Bank Registration?

I have registered with the Job Bank and Activated the profile. But the EE profile is still showing Job Bank Registration as Pending. (I guess it will be fixed automatically)
When I refresh the tables no jobs are matched. But if i give a normal search, it is there. (Where am I wrong?)
After this, how is the process
a. Somewhere in the message, I saw promote your profile. - How? Is it okay if I reveal my EE No. provided with validation code.
b. Can we tick on the jobs that suits us and the employers will review our profile, how is it.
c. Do we have to manually mail the possible employers our resume.
d. and what is the below link, do i have to register that too or is my existing job bank profile enough.

Yes. Give it time.

This functionality is not active yet. You can certainly promote (by filling up all relevant information) but there is no one to look at it yet because employer cannot search for profiles yet.

No. You will have to drill down into the listing and find out how to apply.

That is a legacy site which is closing down later this month. Just stick with your seekers profile.
