After ITA received, which "Activity type" to select under personal history in PR application for my case?

Hello everyone, I have 1 query regarding ITA application if anyone can shed some light then it would be really helpful.
I have received ITA, in that application under personal history, we have to mention all past activities in 10 years.
Well, I was working since 2014, but in 2018 i was studying for a certificate and not working for 6 months.
Same case in 2019, i quit full time job and was studying for IELTS preparation and doing freelance work since may 2019.
So should i mention as "Educational Activity" or "Unemployed" ?
Which activity type should i select in both the cases?

Education = ok i got it for 2018 case.

Freelance work is still work = so should i select Employment as activity type ?

In 2019, i quit full time job and was studying for IELTS preparation = In this case i took classes from june to dec 2019. So for this period, should i mention Educational activity ?
