Hi everyone. Today I did the interview, by the end of the day the application status has changed from “waiting on you” to “in progress”. What’s this mean, I thought it should change to “decision made”. Is that mean there will be further processing and requirements they will ask.

I have the same question myself. My interview was last week and I was told that the online system would update by Friday and I would see all the other categories completed. This has not happened for me. Some of my categories still say in progress. I'm really hoping that this is something to do with the system and that I'll get to see an oath invite soon. Wishing the same to you as well.

The officer sometimes would indicate the next steps after you are done the interview, I wouldn't worry too much if he/she didn't explicitly say any negatives.
That's positive news, the officer told you that you passed the interview, I wouldn't worry too much then. Did you happen to give FP before?
Thanks. I'm just really sad, the officer told me that everything would be complete last week and yet nothing has changed in the system. I wasn't asked for fingerprints. I'm a September 2019 applicant, I wrote the test in February (2021) and only heard 3 months after that in May about the interview. The interview was about 5 minutes, it went really well and she said she didn't even need translations from me which I had provided. She told me that I should be hearing about oath in 4 to 8 weeks. The wait never seems to end.
