After that MICC has mailed me Intend to Reject letter on 20 July 2016 and they have asked me to give following document as per Annex A.............

For Spouse:

- Form of the Declaration of a candidate or a candidate in a profession
or a regulated profession (A-0527-JF) duly completed and signed.

Note : Please find the attachment of Cover letter which i have send to them along with letter recd of Intend to Reject from MICC.......

After that on 8th Sept 2016 they have mailed me another mail, which is as follows........


I have mention following thing in cover letter.....which is as follows.........

As per the MIDI letter I have checked my spouse profession in the Regulated profession list and found his profession is not matching with Regulated professions listed in the form (A-0527-JF).

Hence I am unable to provide his declaration, as his profession is not listed in the list.

I am submitting his still working certificate and Salary slips for the month of March, April and May -2016 from HDIL (Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd.).

Note: As my spouse education is falling under the Section-B of AOT list “Accounting and Accounting Science Bach.”, and as his present Experience is not related to his education, how ever if he wants to pursue his job in Accounting field, he will definitely undergo training leading to the practice of a regulated profession or trade in Quebec.
