where is you file right now????????? in nova scotia if there now you cannot submitted any additional thing unless you are not asked...........now wait

right now my file at CIO NS Canada but if again i asked by cio ns to submit full documents to vis office than should i upgrade my ielts band

IN CIO NS you could not track your file so there is no any kind of option to upgrade your documents.......now you have to wait for your visa office file number which comes after PER............so you now visa officer will make the decision at available documents.......
