After how long application is rejected

My application is in from 9 months now, as I told before I calculated experience from PGWP Instead of convocation where degree is officially conferred.

So how long before my application is rejected ?

I read somewhere on this forum someone getting rejected after 10 months.. so there is really no way of telling.

If you want to re-apply -> withdraw your application and re-apply. If you want to wait until you get your current application resolves - wait patiently like everyone else.
If there is any operational or informational question, we all would be very happy to help both you and Nicole but your questions are all repeating and of highly hypothetical manner.
What would you think if you would be asked this question every day: does anyone know if it will rain day after tomorrow and most importantly the size and the direction of rain drops (because i want to use my summer umbrella which is very dear to me)? ;D

Nobody can tell you how long will it take to REJECT your application.[Yes, for sure they are rejecting your application for spamming this forum]. Having said that, I can tell you when exactly they are going to reject your app but too bad, my neighbour has borrowed my crystal ball. :'(
