After June 1st, 2014, your SP will automatically becomes invalid 90 days following the completion of course (receiving transcripts, not degree).

You better apply for PGWP, get it then travel. It only take 2 to 6 weeks to get it ( please see updated time line in CIC).

ur visa should be ok but keep in mind u have 90 days to apply for PGWP and if something goes wrong with PGWP application u should always keep some time to reapply for PGWP just in case. so make plans keeping all this in mind.
