After Grad Work Permit Odds

Hello,

I am 4 months away from graduating..

I heard that there are lots of refusals when applying for an after graduation work permit.

I checked and verified that I meet all the requirements needed from the CIC website to obtain an after graduation work permit.. so meeting al the requirements means I have a 100% chance of getting it?

I currently have an Off-Campus work permit
