After Getting a PRTD approval...

I'm 25 years oldand i live in saudi Arabia. I have expired PR card and i want to renew it. I called cic they asked me to request for a travel documents. I'm scared may be they ll reject my application. I got my PR in 2008 with family then we came back with 2 months.
My parents weren't agreed to go backk to canada but after the years past they realised they took the wrong decision. Now i want to renew my expired PR card.
Can someone guide me please how to make Application strong so they accept my request and let me come back to canada.
I'm going US in next 2 months on visitor visa. If i apply for PRTD from US would they consider my application or not.

Usually these kinds of PR TDs are approved for people who are much younger (like aged 18-20) who were removed from Canada as a minor, and taking first opportunity to return after reaching age of majority.

Since you're 25, you had many years that you could have returned to Canada but chose not to. So for this reason your PR TD will most likely be rejected and your PR status revoked.

As mentioned, you can apply for a PR TD. You can submit any H&C reasons you can think of to support your reason for not meeting the RO. If PR TD is rejected, your PR status will be revoked.

Assuming you didn't appeal that decision (since you don't actually have any H&C reasons), then your PR status would be gone and you would then be free to apply for PR again if you qualify for any current immigration programs.

Hello All,

I applied for an PRTD and i got an Visa(Permanent Resident for 6 months) from Lebanon and i have some questions,
1.When i will arrive to Canada i will be treated as a Permanent Resident by receiving the PR card? And what i have to do when i the will be in Canada the first days?
2. I have to stay in Canada 3 years to reapply for a citizenship application or i cannot?
3. We applied all the family for a PRTD and i'm the youngest one(19 years old) and i give them an University acceptance with the PRTD application and i got only one in the family for the PRTD and my brothers and parents a refusal so they consider me an exception or what?

How much time it took for ur approval of PRTD?
