after fingerprints

hi all!

I applied for citizenship in sep 2011
Received booklet in oct 2011
Received request to submit fingerprints in feb 2012
Send fingerprints in mar 2012

After that i didn't get any response regarding fingerprints and my citizenship test. What should i do? Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

They don't suppose to call you every now and then to tell you the status. A quick call to the Call Centre can verify if they have received your RCMP check result.

Hi, did you call CIC to check if they get your fingerpringts?

I applied in Oct 2011. I haven't received any request for finger prints, do you have any idea how long it takes to get that request ?

Anyone got fingerprint in the last few months then moved to the next step...whenever I call I was told we are still waiting for RCMP!! Any tips of help how to expedite the RCMP!!

my wife applied in Oct 2012, got fingerprint request in November 2013. She got it done electronically. Still waiting.

Here is my fingerprint timeline at Kitchener office:

Nov 26 got a request for fingerprints.
Dec 2: Submitted fingerprints to RCMP.
Dec 3: RCMP sent results to CIC
Dec 6: CIC acknowledged they received it
Dec 9: CIC updated the system.

Now Kitchener office will sit on it for 3-6 months before they call me for oath.
