Hi all, just need little guidance. After EPR or PR what most of the people do who are in job? I mean they resign from present job, go there and find new one or they keep on searching new jobs from their home country, but it's very difficult. No one calls if you are not in Canada. I tried a lot. Is it safe to leave your current job and find a new one there?

After eAPR, you have to wait until CIC processes your application. You can go as a PR only after you receive your COPR.

You would need to move to Canada to maintain your PR status. If your employer allows you to work from Canada, you dont need to leave your job. If your employer does not give you that option, you will have to look for a new job in Canada unless you can afford to live without a job.
