After declaring non resident, Can I keep a bank account in Canada?

Have a quick question, i am about to declare non resident, on the form, there was one of the questions, asking if i will keep a bank account in canada.

If i do, will they tax me on my bank account?

Well just on the basis of bank account answer is No. They take alot of other criterias in consideration when deciding for ones residence status

cuz i wanna keep one bank account in case i return to canada earlier than expected.
