I am creating this thread purposely for those with CSQ and FSW whose visa office is Manila (MVO) but not just limited on that. Let's share ideas and timelines. My timeline is on the left.

Goodluck to all.

Very applicable thread for me, thanks!

CSQ Application: January 2013
Documents Update Received by MICC: Sep. 2014
CSQ Received: October 2014
PR Application Received by CIO: Feb 23, 2015
AOR Received: June 24, 2015
Medical Request: Waiting

anyone near my timeline?

Yes Nurse_andi. Lets share our information here. I wish to ask if you have got file transfer in your updates. I am stil waiting for file transfer and MR. Hope we have them soon. My timeline is on the left.

My ecas is still showing "1. we received your application on....." but from AOR email I received from CIO it is stated there that "Your application has now been placed into processing". My question is, Where do I find myself?

Same with mine. This seems to be the process, after AOR, you get MR and police clearance request, then maybe RPRF as well, via email (they called me up and asked for my email because i apparently did not put my email in my application). I guess when they open your file and give you your AOR, they will state in the AOR letter that it is being processed. However, your Ecas will still reflect "Application Received" (We have received your application on ____, etc.). When you get the email for MR/police clearance request and maybe RPRF, your Ecas will change to "In Process" (1.We received your application on ___. 2. We have started processing your file on ___.) When they receive your Medicals from the doctor, they will add another line in your Ecas, thus "In Process" (1.We received your application on ___. 2. We have started processing your file on ___. 3. Medicals Received.)

Hope this helps :)

Seems to be a long wait right now, though.

Yes mmquebec, I've sent a follow up email before I received my AOR. They replied after a month or so when I already received my AOR, saying they sent my AOR via email and that my application was transferred to my visa office, no exact date mentioned.

mmquebec's level is sooooo dreamy... Congrats to you dear!

Btw, my level when I was issued CSQ is only A1. I wasn't required to attend an interview, just got it by mail. But I don't think I obtained any contributing points for my french level, as B2 is the minimum level to obtain points for French proficiency. ;D ;D ;D
