I checked my Statue online,it says that my application received in 10 December 2014,and started processing in 04 May 2012.

If my application was in Bucharest or Amman or i dont know yet where will be,this 47 months processing time is VO is since the application received or started process?

When you send the visa office additional requested documents by email... Do you send them a scan of the document in the original language and also a scan of the translated/certified document ?
Or do you only send them a scan of the translated/certified copy ?

Do as you told exactly and of course you should send both original and translation (by Email only) cause they do examine them both ..

On romanian forums the attendance time after submission of requested documents is between 4 to 6 weeks . Once again, for files from Romania or Moldavia.

do not worry they are taking extra security check on people coming from middle east especially from Syria because of the political situation there so it is matter of time be patient

They asked me additionaly to submit proof of funds and evidence i have done concerning my preparation for moving to canada as schools for kids, daycare, housing and employement opportunities and height and eyes colour of all dependants.
3rd line appeared...in my case: we started processing your application on 11.05.
They asked me to not make any case enquiry for 4 weeks.
That's all.

Notice my friends that my nationality allows me to travel to Canada and staying there up to 6 months without visa.
Im really even not sure if they ask for passports to place visas there... anybody has any information about it?

this is because we are QSW so our federal part is only security and medical eligibility granted once we got CSQ while in your case still you are in eligibility stage so you need to wait the decision of this stage if you are eligible you will receive passport submission

they requested me to submit passports with 2 recent photo and filling the chart
