my dear moaz,Lebanese applicants got medical with update request together,they were receiving 2 emails in order at this time and moment,one email for update request and second email for medical instruction,maybe u r surprised now about this informations but ,this is true,that's why i told u all and wrote in old postes that maybe there is possible to send medical after security check not before it,ya3ni after 4 Months or 3,not now,they start security check,then if it ok,then send to u medical,and 2 months after medical u get the visa .

welcome my dear,u can check page number 199 in forum lebanais,u can see email lmastory,this is an example of all Lebanais's emails.I only wait for anyone from u to receive medical after submitting new forms within 2 weeks maximum,otherwise medical will be after security check,not now.

my dear,u r federal applicant ,not QSW, if u see QSW lebanese's applicants ,then u can see that they received medical with update request together ,coz QSW applicants have passed eligibility when they got CSQ.this 8 months for security check and criminality,so u will receive ur visa in March,or April ,this is the time usually issue visa ,for u security check will done after medical,but for us we dont know if security will be before medical or after it,we will know that if someone gets medical after submitting new forms quickly,so let's us see and observe.
