After copr marital status

Hi,
I filed my pr application as legally separated and also provided my divorce case details.
I have received my Copr but my case got dismissed and divorce was denied by the court. I am applying for an appeal in high court and it will be done before landing in Canada.
I am landing in May 2020. Do I need to inform IRCC about the case status? I am still separated from my husband.
