Hello,
I believe you should call/ask the doctor/clinic where you had your medical examination if the results have already been sent. Here in LA, the DMP will tell you to call them after a week and they'll give you a tracking number to track your results when it gets to the reviewing office (here it's Ottawa). Afterwards, the reviewing office will contact the embassy where you applied (in your case, Manila). Manila will then review your application and contact you once your application has been rejected/approved.
