why the CIC page keeps on changing the last updated without really updating it or anything! Last week I kept on checking they had:
Last updated Feb 27 and Step 1 as processing applications Jan 3.
Then they
modified the update March 7 and kept Step without change as processing applications Jan 3.
On the weekend they modified
Last updated Feb 27 and Step 1 as processing applications Jan 3.
Right now it is
Last update March 7 and kept Step without change as processing applications Jan 3.

another change without a real change, just changing last update back to Feb
