Hi Daomingli,
The first AOR you receive when you submit your application is NOT an indication that you have passed the check (you have not yet passed it). If you took the time to read it, it actually just says thanks for applying and your application will undergo the completeness check (R10). This means an officer will look over all the submitted documents to see if you have provided everything that they have requested. If you are missing documents, they will reject your application or if all required documents have been submitted, they will continue to process your application.
I am pretty sure you have asked this question quite a few times on the forum. It looks like you applied BEFORE you were eligible for BOWP. This may be the reason why your application was rejected.
Have you already started working on your restoration? You must immediately apply for restoration. Every moment you waste is another day that you are in Canada illegally. Please focus on applying for restoration.
YES Thank you so much Sir, i spent the past two days trying my best to figure out what is going on and i think you are hitting the point! I will do the restoration ASAP, i have 90 days after FEB 1 to submit it. Nothing illegal --- This is my top one priority. I will take the fact that my file hasnt passed R10 yet to be eligible for BOWP; I just wanted to know do the people process my BOWP have access to my APPR..... If they did not even know I got invited for EE, then I need to not only apply for restoaration but also hire an immigration lawyer, at that point.
You think its because my APPR has not passed the R10 yet.
I am just curious.... if its after R10, they would approve BOWP.... oh well, people posted that sometimes, they got PPR, their whole file status is still REVIEW IN PROCESS... does it mean sometimes people will just not get a BOWP, due to the system bug....
Good luck.
