It's as if it was never submitted. You start again at the end of the queue.

Be sure that there’s no forms that have been updated, revised before resubmitting it happened to us. Our file was returned and by the time we got it a form had been updated so we had to refill it I had to send it to my husband and he had to resend it to me. Lots of time and money lost!
