AFTER AEO & WORK PERMIT - WHAT NEXT ?

Hi guys,

After the applicant receives his AEO and his work permit and has already started working - when is he eligible to apply for PR and under which stream ? FSW or CEC ?

1. You can apply in FSW1

2. Ask your Employer to give you Permanent Job offer also known as Arrange Employment Letter.

3. You will get 15 addition point for Permanent job offer and It will help you to reach to 67 point to qualify in federal skill worker program of Fast track immigration of Canada.

4. There is no problem if you have not work for at least 1 year in 38 category/ occupation list, because you will have arrange employment.

I an asking on behalf of my bro - he has already finished 1 yr in Canada on work permit and he had initially gone for LMO etc etc

Now does he send the application via FSW and which office ? CIC - Sydney or Buffalo ?
