Thats what I was kind of thinking. And I read some place that fairs are going to go up 20%. I would like to book his flight for the 28th of October. I dont know if he would have his passport back by then. Some have told me 2 weeks max he will get it back but I have seen others get it back in about 30 days. I really dont know. I am like a chicken with its head cut off. LOL ;D

Hi senior friends, my wife applied for spouse visa application for me at CHC missiauga canada 22nd april 2010,it was approved from there in exact one month she got letter from them that they r sending the file to CHC new delhi.CHC new start processing on my application at 12 May 2010.After few thay asked me for passport and next week they called me for interview on 29th june.At interview they said that they are satiesfied that our wedding and relation is fair and they will stamp me visa in 2-3 days but they want me to submit my PCC for ireland where i was living since sep 2006-sep2009.So they said you can go to ireland to get PCC so they gave me my Passport back because i still have visa for ireland till 30th sep 2010.

I mailed the application for PCC to ireland Police and i got the original PCC from Irish police Headquarter in four weeks. On 5th August i send the original PCC for ireland and my Passport to CHC New Delhi.Till then i am waiting for my Passport,but no joy yet. E-cas is showing In Process.

I e-mailed 2-3 time last month and this week too,but they said that there are certain backgrounds checks are taking place which are conducting by outside Agencies so they can't tell me the status of application now.They have same answer this week as last month. I don't know if everything was cleared in interview and they were satiesfied at that time what happen with them now.Did someone have this type of problem?
Does anybody knows how time it will take for backgrounds checks. We are so confused please help me friends
