if chc ask to get defferal letter from college or university.....than ur college or uni is able to give u that letter otherwise nothing

dear chc never ask me to defer but my college (seneca) said dat i can defer my classes before the 10th day of classes after that they would not defer or refund... admission will be cancelled... my classes were from 9th jan,, chc didnt contact but i email college about deferment... they send me new LOA and this LOA is also going to expire on 9th march ...thats y today m sending again them email to defer my admission to may session... i dont knw about the policies of ur college or uni.....

You can ask your university or college for deferral if your application for study permit is not going to be processed before the start of your course even if CHC does not ask you to provide the letter.

If you have paid the tuition fee for first semester, then it is better to request deferral to avoid losing fee.
