Okay.. so it took me almost 3 months (since wedding) to complete this application. I have the complete package sitting in my room and now I am ready to submit, however I still got few last minute questions.

Where exactly do I send this application? There are two addresses on the website.
Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

Spouse and Common-law Partner (currently living in Canada):
CPC-Mississauga
P.O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, ON
L5A 3A4
Which one do I pick? "currently living in Canada" means who? I think I am looking too hard here. Can someone verify please. I live in Toronto and my wife is in Pakistan.

Second question: I think I over pay the fees. I paid about $1560 whereas it should be $1060 (according to friend who recently submit his application) Can someone please verify. Anyway I can get my money back?

Third question: How do i start tracking it? I did create an account online when I paid online, but they never assigned an id number yet.. I guess I have to submit my application first. I found a link where I can track application but it ask for the ID number. How will I get my ID, through email?

That is it for now.. Thanks for all your help guys :)

Your application it outland. It is based on where your spouse lives, not the sponsor.
Did you use the correct outland package?

Hopefully you filled out the outland forms, but the address you want is the first one. You will get a refund cheque at some point for the overpayment, it should have been 1040. As for the tracking, that depends on what shipping service you picked. If you used Canada Post 'ship in a click' and sent it xpresspost, the tracking # is on the label you printed out.

What do you mean by "outland package or forms"
I filled out these forms: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

???

You guys beat me to it but still going to complete my post :)

All outland applications go to by Canada Post

CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

All courier outland applications go to
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 300
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

The fee difference will be refunded. Not sure if you are asking about tracking your package through the carrier or your application status?
If you mean application status then you can track using your UCI number but you can only do it after you get the acknowledgement from Mississauga (AOR1) which is usually closer to the approval date of the first stage which is taking 60+ days.

1.I applied for my husband in March 2015.He also lives in pakistan. I send my package to the first address.Make sure you get a tracking number when you mail so you know when it arrives in ontario.
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6
2. On the recipt just write a note saying that you are only paying 1060 for application and rprf fee. And write you need a refund back of 500 dollars. They usually will refund if you payed too much by acident. You should also call them as well to tell them to refund the extra just to make sure.
3.you have to wait about three to four weeks to get a UCI number.CiC will email you a letter after a month or so then you can check the process online. After 2 months they will send you second email stating that your file has been transfered to london visa office.

If you need anymore help just message me.I hope this helped:)

I just re-read my original post and it sounds pretty immature, sorry about that and good job understanding it.

Hey thanks for the brief explanation, appreciate that.
Sure, I will get the tracking number and will write a note on the receipts and yes I may need your help I had lots of questions when I was filing out this app but luckily I got all the answers via this forum.

By the way, how long did it take you(all) to fill this app? Should I write a note stating why it took me 3 months, if 3 months is longer than average time to submit this app?

and @anam9094 keep me posted about your timeline, or let me know if you are updating it somewhere.

Thanks again everyone :)

It took me about 2 and half months to fill the app after I got married. Dont worry you dont need to write a note.My brother submitted his application after 6 month and he still got approved. You should join this forum http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/spousal-sponsorship-pakistan-london-visa-office-t203899.0.html
It will keep you updated and add your timeline on the side of the page and also on the spreadsheet :)

Nothing immature about asking questions.. I just wanted to make sure you had the right application package before you
sent it off.

I was going to get the information for you for the address but I got sidetracked with making dinner and such....

Good Luck
:D

thanks, only problem with that thread is that its a thread! not a forum. I tried to follow that thread but it was going too fast.. Maybe I'll ask my wife to keep an eye on it;) I am sure shes gonna find a reason to make me do it.

Thanks Gemmie. I think I never heard of that term 'outland' I did not know you have to sponsor someone who lives in Canada.. how does that work? I gues its for those who lives in Canada but does not have PR ?

I can assure you that CIC will process a refund if you have overpaid...we overpaid on our application as well...I think we received the refund around the same time that we received SA.

Good to know. Did you have to request for the refund or anything ?

Make sure you are sending the latest version of all forms, since CIC likes to update them fairly often.
