After 1year and 3mos FSW1 transferred from Buffalo VO to Detroit VO

After 1 year and 3 months from full application submitted to Buffalo, they transferred my file to Detroit VO. Anyone with similar experiences? How long does it takes for Detroit VO to process application?

I applied in the then FSW-3 category .Here is my timeline:

Application filed-Nov/2009
2nd AOR from Buffalo-Dec/2010
Ecas status-Inprocess
File transfered to Detroit office-28/9/2011

Can I plz suggest to change the subject[the name of the thread] so that members can identify it easily
and to include every FSW category
