I think the panel physician is probably asking for the UCI number which you should have if you already have sent in the sponsorship application. Also if CIC sent you an email to do medical then you should take that email and show it to the physician.

U know im not very will in this process, and the process is unfair so that y I hired a lawyer but the lawyer is not cooperating

Just when you call the panel physician tell them you have a uci number already and if they ask for it tell them the number on the phone to book an appointment. That should do it.

I hope its the UCI number that the panel physician is asking for but if its something else I will have difficult time. Because the last time I called the panel physician from here he said its something new in 2017.

By the way my wife's med exam is late for 4 months do u think it should be a problem? because my stupid lawyer filled to inform me about the med exam.

The UCI they will check. Also check the email that CIC sent and see if there is a link to a remedical PDF file. When I got remed email from CIC, it had a link to a pdf file IMM1017.pdf

The physician saying that it is something new in 2017 is right. For all new applications the Principal Applicant must have a UCI. Sometimes the physician panelists dont listen properly and keep saying what they want to.
When I did my wife's original medical, the lady there put my wife's country of application as Australia. Good thing I checked otherwise would've been a big problem for me.

I honestly don't know if med exam being late for 4 months will be an issue. Hopefully InshaAllah it wont be.

Thank you so much for your respond. about about 7 months ago I got an email from cic which was saying that im eligible to sponsor my wife and my fille has been sent to new Dali. now I got another email from cic which is to do my wife's med exam and this email has a link on pdfIMM107 however these both email has 2 different UCI number now im confuse.

Do you know which one is the UCI or how do I know which one is right?

walaikum salaam Sahil.
One of the UCI is your and the other one is for your wife. Easiest way to find out which UCI is yours is to login to ECAS https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do and fill in the form to see which UCI is yours and which one is your wife's.
I think the UCI in the second email where you go remed request is probably your wife's because the email I got from CIC was also the same and it had my wife's UCI.

My wife receive passport request from New Delhi immigration center. They tell her in letter to communicate with VFS office to send them her passport. I would like to know how she should send her passport.
Should she bring it in person or my uncle can bring it to there office?
How she going to cross boarder without because she live in Afghanistan?

salaam brother,
she will have to make a printout of the email and also the IMM1107 form because inside the office they do not allow phones. It is e-medical so they will send the details electronically. In India they gave me a 2 page document with a stamp. You don't need to send it.

After med exam inshaallah it will be Passport request. That's what happened to my wife, took about 1 month for decision made and then about 10 days for passport request.

Her uncle can bring it to office. Just make sure he has the consent form. They ask for telephone number and email when you give them the passport.
When picking up they ask for the sponsors passport photocopy, taskira photocopy and consent form. They will tell you it takes about 20 days or something but my wife got her passport back in 1 week.

I am sponsoring my wife from Herat Afghanistan. Today I received my AOR2 from New Delhi which asks me for Supplementary Information Form. Once My wife fills the form how do we send it back to the New Delhi visa office? Do we do it by email? Hopefully someone can help thanks in advance!

Thank you so much for ur responds and support. Amirdad with the email that I got from cic there is 3 page one is the emil from cic and the 2nd is the IMM1017 , but below the IMM1017 there is a attached page which says in the top of that page (MEDICAL REPORT CLENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY and there is my wifs name date of birth and my email address which is not correct email address.

Do u know what is that? should I sent that to my wife or not?
Also can u tell me if my wife need photos for the med exam?
