Hi every one i did mp inquiry regarding today my MP said that so far criminality is passed eligibility is passed but security is in process.im applicant January 2014 any one know how long take security checks from afghanistan?Im really tired also what comes under security?

Khahar jan i did mp inquiry too and the the same answer as u got
I think that 100% percent in this month we got ppr
No one cant say how long it going to take becauase its working by forign agents in afghanistan
And it depends on apllicants m/f and travel history and supplementry form .
But i have that feeling that we got the ppr in this month .

so you mean he has not stayed for more than 6 months
if this is the situation then there is no need to provide
but in the letter from new delhi it states that your residents period is
more than 6 months so I think your husband has stayed for more than
6 month

I checked his passport, he went to india twice. First time from october 30th 2014 to february 6th 2015. And the second time for 24 days october 2015. Thats like 4 months total! So i dont know why they want a PCC.

i think you should read the letter carefully , on the letter itself it states that if you have resided for 6 months or more ,
and one more thing there is a law for police clearance certificate that if residence period has been 6 months or longer then
only you should provide police clearance certificate ,,
i think there must be misunderstnading or in travel history form you have written wrong dates
so please verify it once again

Ok, so i contacted my lawyer and he says that these days they are asking for PCC even if you have not resided for 6 months or more. He said we cant question them why we need to do pcc, we must do it because its requested of them. He said its completly normal.

Yes they will issue visa if it is valid for more than six months

I'm hoping and praying something comes in the next couple of weeks. So far I'm at the 16th month. 1 month left. Everything is done just waiting for request to get VISA. 25th of August would be full 17 months. Lets hope I get something. I been checking my email almost every hour.
