We received ABC application for permanent residence on January 21, 2015.
We started processing ABC application on April 14, 2015.
Medical results have been received.


how it can be in an initial stage bro, i have started all these process since last year Dec 2014.
upper is my timeline, your opinion about it plz how you observe my timeline, i know no one can estimate but as per your experience.
at least one should make mind to accept the situation and somehow make a plan for life.
this wait is really tough. appreciate ur reply

So they need an interview for my wife to go to India.
Does it help if I go with her?
And if everything is all good, do they give her visa there after interview is done ?

From my view it take about three months after remedical
Bz my status changed after three months. if your travel history is clear I hope you understand

That's Good news Canadian4life,

your file is moving forward, however, an interview is based on doubt in Eligibility, lack of evidence in your marriage, however, most important part in your application is cross-examined by an officer at New Delhi Visa Office,
most probably your spouse will be required an interpreter, and for that you have to arrange in advance, which is mention to you in your interview letter.

So, I would 100% recommend you to go with your spouse at the interview and try to convince the officer for your genuine marriage ... prepare yourself and her and also interpreter in advance.
once your interview is passed they will focus on other requirements like criminality, security and medical. The best part in this interview is that you can ask the officer on criminality, and security whether it is passed or not.

if it is passed including your medical then expect passport request within a month.

Expect passport request after 30 days of DM and be ready that you need to submit it in Islamabad Pakistan.

But the medical is expired already over 6 months now.
And if the interview goes well, can we redo the medical the same day and take it back to them and ask for visa on the spot?
Because it's gonna be 17 months now and it has to be done.

Like every spousal sponsor, you are eager to rush your application but, on the other hand, you must understand that those officers are following the rules and regulations of CIC.

Certain decision can be taken by officer, but there are rules that they can not bend.. however, finish your medical in advance, have police certificate from every place she stayed for than 6 months, be prepare and go for interview, have all the pictures and proves which can convince officer that your marriage is genuine that's all you need...

Because if I print them they cost like ok much. I have over hundred pictures after that. But it was at their home in Afghanistan. I didn't go out cuz of the situation in Kabul.

It's better to print them! You can print it in shoppers it's really cheap it's like .15cents per pic, only print the ones that you and your wife are in them. And you are welcome brother
