they requested from me the supplementary forms but I already sent them with complete package then I send them again the copy of all forms agian by the EMS post office to new delhi immigration office if you didn't sent. sent them it help to your processing time

lets is think logically; if you guys are married and you proven to CIC that you are married now nobody can stop you for sponsoring your spouse, it doesn't make sense for CIC to ask you that you have to work, though you are an adult and for sure you do have income and expense but you have to have good history i blv. every adult that comes to CA he/she is responsible of her/his own life.
as i told you man, having job is a plus point but if you don't it is okay. as far as i know.

but still if you are too worry about it, if you are in CA or your spouse is in here ask her to check with CIC call them and ask them.

Thank you, but before one of my casinos passed the same situation and she got her visa within 9 months so if Allah wants maybe we will get our visa in 2015 and i submitted my all related documents i don't think so they will ask me for other documents, my husband took a lawyer for me and just without my medical expiration coz my medical is going to be expired on June 2015. Well let see khair basha

i know couple of ppl came in 8-10months but see this forum ppl are here straggling since 2013, i think to keep a lawyer doesn't help to boost up your case. it is just a west of money i think.....
so lets pray to get rid of this waiting process soon, but we don't have any choice except wait and watch but lets not forget to pray. because Khudawand is Rahman and Rahim.

Adel Please don't confuse anyone here with your expertise ! Yes your wife is required to have part time / full time income ! In your application forms it asks you to be undertaking financial responsibilities for 32 months, if your spouse needs help plz inbox me I will be more then happy to direct her, I'm a law student ( international/ immgration ) if I don't know the answer I will ask my profs or those who are practising ! The process is already long and stressful so don't waste ur time get all the requirements done and submit your application without any question cz if there are any misleading information you will get an interview and not may ppl pass the interview process !

Resigned it and resend the originals not copy because they ask everyone to redo it... Fill in all forms, send it through email, and add any supporting documents like phone record or recent visit like photo or ticket... Mail all to their embassy...
Make sure the informs is the same as your previous forms...

Hi EXMANE, the letter only says for passport returning to show tazkira but as afggirl said, now a days they are very strict, one of my close relative came from Afghanistan newly and got his visa from Islamabad and had gotten the same letter as me. I asked him about the importance of Tazkira and he said they wana see the real at submission too and take photocopy and give it to you back and as well as every time you need to contact VAC office, they ask for your tazkira and if you don't have it with you they give you hard time. That is i waited my husband and today I submitted by DHL to kabul and DHL said to me he will receive it until sunday,....and hopefully he receives it soon as I see other ppl who got PPR at the same time as me already send their passport .... i hope he get before the 30 days time limit. Tawakal ba khuda jan.
I was just concerned and wanted to make sure what is the best and fastest way to send his tazkira. I am really thankful from all of you provided me useful information and idea and I submitted to day and I hope he can get it on time.
I wish every one in this forum who is waiting an easy and smooth process of visa issuance

It's been 32 months and now they asked for her passport
Copy.

Hi Saeed.Afghan, he is my cousins husband and he came to Canada in the end of last month( February this year, 2015) and he got his visa within one week. I don't know he said tazkira is important every time you may need to visit VAC, he mentioned one time he forgot his tazkira at home and they give him hard time. Also, we did not have a reliable address in Pakistan so I have sent his tazikira by DHL to Kabul and DHL officer said it will be there by end of this week. I am getting worried as new year holidays coming this weekend and I am so concern that my husband is too late..... I hope he receive the post on time as 30 days time limit is expires 3rd of April...I don't know what to do...any idea?

SadafN; am not expert we are here to help each other in other hand nobody is perfect it doesn't matter your are a lawyer or a pro. lets is think logically; do you think that CIC gonna say OK go work for 12months then come back and sponsor your spouse. i think it doesn't make sense, there are always options like go for Co-Singer.
i have gather some info for you it might help you out since you are in LAW. (i might be wrong but i don't write blindly i know i write )...
1) Although there is no income requirement for sponsoring a spouse with no dependents, CIC wants to see that applicants are not receiving any social assistance from the Canadian government (other than for a disability). So no, applicant don't have to be working to sponsor spouse but they will need to gather whatever financial records they have that shows they are not receiving any assistance.
2) Yes, the 3 year undertaking still applies. That undertaking is between Applicant and the Canadian government and is the part of the application where you are "sponsoring" your husband to come to Canada. but not a requirement.

am not lawyer or CIC but if i have something in my mind i will try to help my Afghans, we are all in one ship lets help each other not to drown. AGAIN my info could be wrong but that is what i researched.

There isn't a SPECIFIC income requirement any longer. It used to be ~$30,000 per year which was required in order to sponsor a spouse, but it's been lifted for quiet a few years now. You do need to convince CIC about how you plan on supporting your spouse once he/she comes to Canada. So it's always good to have a steady income (that's why they ask for option C form) or you can get a family member to sign a letter saying they will give you a place to live/ help you when your spouse comes here.
Also, there have been numerous people who have landed in Canada and within a few weeks they apply to sponsor their spouse...next to impossible to get a regular income within a week or so of landing.
