I believe nothing could be changed for us even if we go for the demonstration on the parliament hill because their first excuse is that there is applications load, so we have to wait. I did talk with my MP a week ago and she told me the same story all over again. However, sometimes it is really difficult to make a decision what to do, but I come to the conclusion to go and live with my beloved one until her application is finalized even if it is a costly decision and I know it will put me in very bad financial position. In addition, being far for a long period of time from your beloved one is also stressful, so the Immigration put us in a situation that kills us. Anyways, friends let's pray for the best and smooth processing time.

This file is part of the applications New Delhi received from Islamabad to assist with processing them. Please note that the majority of Afghan applications received from Islamabad in early 2014 were already passed our published processing times. We understand that the length of time to process this application has been greatly exceeded. We are doing our utmost to finalize the processing of these cases as quickly as possible.
Also note that a number of Afghan files transferred from Islamabad are now finalized or close to finalization.

In regards to this particular application, I have confirmed that the medical result of ********** is valid till ********, the file is in queue and there is currently no action required on the part of the applicant. We will be in contact with the applicant as soon as processing is complete or if there are further requirements.

Salaam everyone. I hope for everyone have a speedy immigration processing. I recently got married in Mazar Sharef and this is my timeline so far.

Application received Oct 28th, 2014.

Received letter from CIC January 27th, 2015 - Stating approval of sponsor & asking my wife to do medical or eMedical upfront examination.

Upfront medical check (IMM1017B) completed Feb 18th, 2015.

Filed transferred to New Delhi....unknown


Now my questions to you guys is how long it take you guys to transfer your case from Mississauga case processing center to New Delhi India? Also in terms of my wife's Medical examination it was done via eMedical do I need to send the original copy to New Delhi? Also how did you guys do your security check?

Today, I have got my notes which revealed that they did not start the security and criminality. In fact, it is really stressful that in two years they did not complete the basic stages of a simple case. However, God give us patient.

i think for security check you have to go to Toronto Afg Consulate first then they will give you a doc number and they will send it to AFG ministry of foreign you get the Doc from AFG MoF refer it to ministry of interior, finish the paper work from there and give it back to MoF they will email it back to Toronto AFG consulate..... long process right.. yeah man i went through each one of them. damn

you should have done it while you were in AFG. but it is okay Allah is great.

Unblieveble , in ur note is it say security: not started? Elegiblty: not start ? Or just blank coz In my note all the elegiblty criminality medical is passed and security is blank showing nothing
