Visa of All Afghan citizen will be issued in Pakistan, CIC never answer why it is issued there this is their internal process that they do not share with their clients. In addition, how long it takes to issue the visa is also depend on the immigration officer. I saw in the forum that some forum members visa has been issued in a couple of months while some Forum member have got their visa in two months. It is hard to tell the exact time. However, the clever way to submit your passport is in person and you should have a contact address and phone number in Pakistan. When they issue the visa, they will contact you to obtain your passport. For more or detailed in formation you can go to the CIC website it will give you a clear view of everything.

I think they recently changed the format for the online status. Mine says the same things (different dates) so I wouldn't worry about it!

I am speechless and I don't know what to do, today I have checked my application online and it is updated as the following:

We sent you medical instructions on December 22, 2014. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I believe that they just updated my online application that they have received the medical after ten months. They really pissed me off because the online application took them ten months to update and I am sure that it will take them years to finalized the application. God give me patient.
However, forum friends if my guess is wrong, please correct me.

I received an update in my application today also.
It just says: " we started processing your application on July 23 2014".

Now it's the time for everyone Bakhair to get Visa inshallah.
17 months is the deadline and they have to finish it by then inshallah.

Allah give us all Patience Inshallah !!!!

Same line is added to my status too I did my remedical on 11 Aug 2015 I think it is new role of Ndvo hope to we get DM as soon as possible

last week i got an email from New Dehli asking for 2nd Medical.
my wife did remedical (X-ray) and sent it to hem. hope thing will go smooth, but she told me that there was people for 3rd medical too which really scares the S**t out of me, god help us all coz the 3rd Medical is really painful.

doesn't anyone else heard about 3rd medical too?
