Nick_Afg, was stating the obvious, and that is that there was uncertainty until recently of which way the applications will be processed. So it's rude to say that only his application will be processed in the 32 month range, Peerzad.

JAV: you are right it is based on the evaluation of the visa officers, so how can you be so sure that those who have exceeded the year mark already, will probably have to wait an additional 13. it's within the discretion of the visa officers, so they will decide whether our applications (exceeded year mark) will be given priority or not.

Inshallah hamaches bakhaire wa ba khushe mesha.
Chill out sis, otherwise yours will be 32 months also ;D It was just a joke

So sisters and brothers, thats is wonderful news to see they updated the website for afghan residence as well because I know this family friend application went to London and the spouse came less than a year! Inshallah it will happened to all of us when we sponsored our husband and wife. Lets make Dua's and it will happen even less than 13 months.

I did messaged the New Delhi office and said i already send the police clearance certificate and payment landing fee but I received no replies, should i also message the other email in their websites stating the same thing I send the email address they send me?

Salam sister! No you don't need to email them again, usually they don't reply, unless they want to communicate with you they won't email you.. They received my wife's passport but never sent me an acknowledgment or replied to my emails..

And how did u msg New Delhi i mean did u reply totheir email that u got the original letter from? Cuz thats what i did too, i replied back to.their original email and attached all.the docs they wanted i.e copy of PCC, and proof of payment receipt and another letter explaining that i already paod the fees and have included all the docs at the time i was applying... i didnt get a reply either but all i got was an automated email which was sent back right away which said that this confirms the receipt of your email...but that was just an automated email and i didnt get any updates after that.. Inshallah everything goes in our favor! Good luck to all

I am kind of not agree on what you are saying Nick brother. If the file is going to transfer to NDVO then it is clear that the process time based on that visa section will be followed. So, the answer for somaia is that it will take her husband around 13 months based on the recent evaluation and update about the NDVO. It is not my experience neither yours, it is the visa section's experience. No offence to anyone but let's hope for the best.

As soon as your file is transferred to NDVO then the new rule will apply to it, meaning another 13 months. I hope it shouldn't be the case for the people who already had years of wait, but it seems so because for them your case is as new as an indian applying for a visa.
Calm down calm down... Guys... first of all I don't ask u and perzad any question regarding my case lol anyways i just wanna tell u that By the grace of Allah I am fully capable to deal with this situation and I am more experienced than some of new applicants coz this last 15 months taught me a lot whenever or whatever I posted is not from thin air keep ur guesses and imaginations for ur self ,at this time nobody can say anything that what gonna Happen Next , if its another 32or 13 or 50 frkn months its not in yours hand nor in my hand its all up to a decision maker officers and they r not same as you and me they r honest and educated ppl they know what they r doing and i believe theme u guys don't have to worry about it they don't use guesses and imaginations whatever they do is straight forward and I like that whatever I posted with honesty with source and proofs I never mislead anybody i dont mean to hurt anybody i am not here to put anybody down too I wanna see each and everyone of u reunion with ur spouses as soon as possible and i ll be more than happy for u guys Posting sarcastic and childish Messages to each other ll never change anything and I don't have time for useless arguments so let's grow up and help each other as much as we can I think this is a good idea for all of us at this time. Walekum Assalam Nick bro jan, no news yet :(

Yes it's a very difficult time for all of us now. I really feel sad today cause I had requested time off from work for two months so I could spend some time with my husband but they rejected it. It means I have to go for only 3 weeks if I wanted now. I gotta wait longer I guess to accumulate more hours to get more time off.

I hope this is over soon for all of us. khuda mehraban shawa sare hame ma inshallah. I hope you get a response soon inshallah with speedy processing time.
