Tashakor for answering my question but how do I write a letter to them. Is there a format to write it or I can write a original letter to the New Delhi Visa office & does anyone have the email of the New Delhi visa office?

Salam Kabulafg120,
The letter you received is the same I received a month ago. Based on all the discussions I read and the decision I made was to write a letter to NDVO telling them that I have paid for these two documents and I have submitted them in the beginning with the application. However, I would like to submit a copy of these two documents to NDVO. That is all I did.

Peerzad,
Any news from your side/visa and can you tell us further that what is the note and why did you order that, I mean do you have to order that note? What is your recommendation, i.e. after how long should the others order the note?

Thank you

Salam! no news, its in normal process. I ordered the notes so I can know if they have received my wife's passport or not, because we send it from Afghanistan and wanted to make sure that they have received it. Notes only helps you to figure out what is happening with your case and at what stage it is... I think they should wait until 4 months until they start updating all their systems and everything.. for mine it shows they updated most of the files after 3 months ( police clearance, spnr file, education etc...)

My brother called CIC today and of course, turns out his files has been transferred to NDVO (he applied in Dec 2012). The agent told him that the 13 months timeline only applies to those whose VO is India by default. The ones who have had their files transferred, are "special cases" so they don't know how long it will take to process >:(

At the moment, this mystery file transfer to ND and London are still in the air. Which means we don't yet know as a confirmation that by default we will fall into the New Delhi or London timeline. They can transfer our files to these VO and label us as Islamabad files (32 months). Which mean they can take their time to approve our files. On the contrary files may fall onto ND or London timeline. The best bet is time, only time will tell. I don't trust lawyers, immigration consultants, and cic agents just yet...

Agreed. I dont trust them either. I only trust God and I only hope for positive things. Allah knows whats best for us and I cannot afford to think negative like that.

I agree with you, we have to just wait and watch. But From my own experience CIC Call Centre Agents don't know anything. I have called twice same day and got two different answers. I stopped calling after that. Good luck to all of us. Inshallah Khuda komak kona hamagi maara.

I am in the same situation. I just sent my husband's application forms to immigration centre in Canada, and my husband is living in Kabul. I don't know how long does it take.

Start sharing your dates of file tramsfer to NDVO LONDON

Yeap exactly. The other question is where will they issue the visa? They can't possibly make all the applicants travel to ND just to have their passports stamped -_- Do you know where they issue visa for skill worker class for Pakistanis? I know the cases are processed by London, but for sure the visa isn't issued there is it?
