Affordable 1 year certificate

Hi all

I was wondering whether some of you know some cheap 1 year certificate provided by a public College so that it can be valid for the PGWP? I basically want to add some points to my CRS in order to obtain PR in the future by having studied in Canada.

Preferably in Toronto, but open to hear about other areas!

I will also like to know any cheap DLI college or university that offers PgD in Agriculture related disciplines. Preferably Manitoba or any other province with a low cost of living

Atlantic provinces are probably the cheapest places to live and study. NBCC, CNA, Holland college, NSCC
