Tipsy: Do you know of any way through which I can make the letter look like an official one - excluding the option of affidavit?
Usman: I guess you're correct but that would be my last resort.
I have seen many sample letters such as
To whom it may concern:
This letter is to verify that I, Jane Smith, am willing and capable of financially supporting my son Gunther Smith during the time he will be studying at Brandeis University. I have provided personal bank statements which prove that I can support Gunther for a minimum of $62,709* U.S. per academic year.
If you have any questions or concerns about this matter, please feel free to contact me at janesmith @ email.com.
Best Regards,
I guess this one is supposed to be printed on normal A4 size paper. But question is how to make it look like an official one?
This letter is to verify that I, Jane Smith,
bearing Passport Number 000000000000 and CNIC Number 0000000000 am willing and capable of financially supporting my son Gunther Smith during the time he will be studying at Brandeis University. I have provided personal bank statements
for my bank account, having account number 000000000000000, which prove that I can support Gunther for a minimum of $62,709* U.S. per academic year.
Nortarized it, Attach the Notarized copy of the Passport and CNIC of your Sponsor.
That it. It will make it official.
And if you really think that the scanned copy of the Sponsor's signature isn't enough, then e-mail the letter to your Sponsor, ask him to sign it and then Courier it to you using DHL.
it will take only two days to reach you.
Look at this too,
