Affidavit of support

hi all, i am going to apply visitor visa and i need your help now, when i show my funds and property i added my parental property and there funds too, like property, bank accounts (cash), fix deposit in CA Report.

now my Q? is that do i need to add a affidavit from my parents side if yes then please provide me sample.

I don't know about canada but whenever I have shown my parents funds or properties as financial support, I have always added an affidavit (feel free to choose your own format) and got it signed and dated from my father

A typical format would be
"To whom it may concern, I hereby certify that the attached details of my funds and property are fully owned by me and I commit to utilize them to support my son 'xyz''s travel and expenses.
