I was thinking to submit in my new visa application an Affidavit of support by some employer(s).
Is it considered by visa officer as ties with home country?
If does, what are the key points that should be placed in that letter?

Yes, indeed that will help your case.
It should be on companys letter head with proper authority signature(HR Head or something).
